The hotels opened their doors to various athletes from the Malta Marathon
AX Hotels, through its hotels in Sliema, AX The Palace and AX The Victoria, once again hosted several runners, mostly foreigners who participated in last Sunday’s Vodafone Malta Marathon.
This year’s marathon had another record number of participants, with over 4,400 applications and both hotels had guests coming from all over the world.
On Sunday morning, the hotels’ restaurants opened their doors prior to the normal opening time and an early breakfast was served to all the athletes, in time for the start of the marathon from Mdina. Once more AX The Palace and AX The Victoria Hotels are honoured to have been associated with this international and popular marathon. Both hotels were preferred as official hotels to the Vodafone Malta Marathon primarily due to their excellent service and their proximity to the race headquarters.
