ANTIPASTO COUNTER

An array of fresh and compound salads, antipasti and terrines consisting of locally sourced vegetables, fresh and cured meats, marinated fish and seafood

Served with dressing, relishes, flavoured oils and vinegars

 

SOUP

Cream of leek and potato, finished with a fresh herb pesto

 

PASTA

Spaghetti with black mussels, cherry tomatoes, and fresh summer herbs

Penne with artichoke hearts, black olives, capers and in-house dried tomatoes (V)

 

FROM THE CARVERY

Grouper fillets en croute set on rice and creamed leeks

Veal breast stuffed with forcemeat, herbs and cheese, with pot roast jus

Roast whole chicken basted with rosemary butter and served with its own gravy

Roast pork loin brushed with mustard, served with apple sauce and a mustard and pork jus

 

HOT DISHES

Lentil and chickpea balls, served with tahini sauce (V)

Roast potato, with rosemary and garlic

Panache of vegetables

 

CHEESE BOARD

A selection of soft and hard cheeses, nuts and chutney served with water biscuits
