EASTER SUNDAY BUFFET LUNCH

 

ANTIPASTO BUFFET

A lavish selection of Mediterranean seafood, marinated salmon,
butcher’s special cuts, composed and natural salads and a touch of Maltese antipasto accompanied with dressings and herb oils

 

SOUP AND PASTA COUNTER

Roasted vegetable and kale soup enhanced with pancetta brunoise and Parmesan shavings

Penne gratin with grilled zucchini and cherry tomatoes flavoured with fresh marjoram and oregano, garnished with crushed pecan nuts

Creamy shrimps and mushroom strozzapreti blended lightly with shredded mozzarella

 

THE CARVERY AND HOT DISHES

Beef rib eye, masked with cumin, lemon thyme and hickory glaze, served with its own jus

Grilled fillet of local bream laid on a ratatouille of Mediterranean vegetables served with a black olive tapenade

The Easter traditional lamb scented with mint and rosemary, baked with shallots and potatoes

Shallow fried chicken supreme marinated in Malibu and lime, reduced with cream, topped with poppy seeds

Panache of couscous with sun dried tomatoes, aromatic herbs and spring onions

Selection of spring fresh vegetables

Roasted potatoes with leeks and a hint of curry
