Every Monday night, join us for a Spanish Fiesta and La Provence Menu at the Copperfield’s Restaurant. From a selection of traditional antipasti to main courses such as hake and tuna empanada and ratatouille St Tropez – you can taste the best dishes that come out of these 2 countries.

Menu for the French & Spanish Night

 

Cold Counter

Indulge in an array of Spanish and French antipasti from the Mediterranean coasts including fish terrines, Chorizo platter, pimento stuffed olives, roasted red peppers, chickpea salad, tomato and olive salad, mixed greens, orange and almond salad, stuffed mushrooms, crab croquettes and more, complimented with sauces, dressings, herbed oils and vinegars

 

Soup and Pasta

Cream of pea soup garnished with watercress

Spanish Paella with chicken, chorizo and shellfish and saffron flavoured rice

 

Vegetarian Dish

Leek and onion quiche with 3 cheeses

 

From the Hot Counter

Hake and tuna empanada

Bacon wrapped tenderloin of pork with thyme rosemary and parsley

Braised Rump of beef with carrots, onions and potatoes in red wine jus

Ratatouille St Tropez

Balsamic and ginger glazed carrots

Boulanger potatoes

 

Desserts

A selection of homemade cakes and deserts including Charlotte Royale, peach frangipane, Crema Catalana, Chocolate profiteroles, strawberry bavaroise and fruit salad
