ANTIPASTO BUFFET

A selection of antipasti including fish, shellfish and charcuteries
accompanied with simple and compound salads

Served with dressing, relishes, flavoured oils and vinegars

 

SOUP

Roasted tomato and red pepper soup

 

PASTA

Fusilli tossed in mixed seafood, fresh herbs and tossed in a light tomato sauce

 

MAINS

Baked grouper fillets with a Mediterranean dressing

Grilled de-boned chicken thighs, vegetable couscous and a spicy tomato sauce

Braised meat balls, in a red wine, onion and garlic sauce served with braised cabbage

Aubergine rolls, stuffed with lentils, basil and goat’s cheese

Panache of seasonal vegetables

Baked potato, with fennel seeds and onions

 

CHEESE BOARD

A selection of soft and hard cheeses, nuts and chutney served with water biscuits
