The Chophouse

They’re renowned for having a mouth-watering selection of meats and an impressive choice of over 200 wines, which are all optimally-stored in a temperature and humidity controlled glass cave. Besides their signature selection of cuts of Aberdeen Angus and Scottona beef from Italy, which are aged in-house, their menu also offers light starters, pasta, fish and other meats. Penny Black Bar

Their menu consists of Maltese traditional dishes, as well as popular Mediterranean dishes. Located in a quiet side street, away from the other Sliema restaurants, Il-Merill is renowned for both its tasty food and friendly service.
